Eileen Beaudry, was the Training and Development Program manager for the City of San Jose from 2008-2011. She created high-performing team from underperforming and discouraged group of 7 staff. She revitalized talent development program for 5000+ City employees. Eileen provided diverse workforce training to inspire Gen X/Y about public sector careers; develop leadership amid new and middle managers and engage executives in mentoring
Eileen trained managers to coach and tap intrinsic staff motivation instead of just “supervise”. She provided opportunities for managers to improve skills with low-cost 360 feedback process
Eileen was also the Manager and trainer for annual Art and Practice of Leadership Program for 25 high performing managers and coached employees on leadership development. She reduced program costs of by 42% while maintaining quality as measured in surveys/interviews
Eileen implemented and brought passion to high-impact tools for team advancement citywide: Myers –Briggs, team asset inventory, new manager acceleration, “Diversity Drives Innovation”.
Eleen also implemented intensive “Innovation Incubator” training for 40 employees in three City teams focused on project management, team dynamics and service innovation.
