Cathy Morrey is a Professional Life Coach, Consultant, Conflict Coach/ Mediator and Trainer. She has worked in the Public Sector for over 20 years which actually inspired her to start a “Motivating Workplace” website. She has also worked in the Private Sector.
Cathy has a gift of empowering employees and especially love working with college interns and employees who are excited about their future. Cathy has designed and facilitated workshops including: Team Building, Empowering Youth Leaders, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Inspiring Leadership, Law of Attraction and Coaching skills. She is also the lead City of San Jose, Certified trainer for “The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People”.
Cathy has designed, implemented, and managed a variety of highly successful “Employee Mentoring, Leadership Development and Recognition Programs” for the City of San Jose.
Besides her experience in Leadership Development, Cathy is also a Professional Life Coach specializing in Dating, Family and Couples Coaching. Cathy, along with Queen Ann Cannon is Certified to lead “Building a Powerful Mind” developed using Health Realization Model develop by Roger Mills, Ph.D
Cathy coordinated, Implemented and managed a Youth Leadershp Program for 4 years with the City of San Jose. She also supervised a Community Center with over 50 employees at the City of San Jose. Employee and Leadership/Training Development and Workplace Motivation are some of her greatest passions at work! She also loves to mentor people to support them in stepping up to their full potential in life.
Cathy is committed to fun, play, full self expression and a balanced life. Cathy loves to play, laugh and have a good time. She loves the beach, cats and dogs. Cathy lost her 19 year old “Little Girl” cat two years ago. After going through the grieving process, she is almost ready to get a small dog.
